Sean Conner

Sean is the Co-Founder and Chief Progress Officer at ForceBrands. He works with growth-stage and middle-market brands to strategically outline effective hiring strategies and organizational design charts that add structure and value. He takes a thoughtful and comprehensive approach to each client’s growth strategy, recognizing that no two businesses are the same. He combines his deep industry experience with an understanding of his client’s goals and their business objectives to help them optimize their companies for long-term success. During his career, he has helped hundreds of high-growth consumer brands scale and exit.
As the Co-Founder of ForceBrands, he supports clients as they develop hiring strategies for key leadership positions at the board, advisor, and C-suite-level. Highlights of some placements include a Board of Director at Ceres Acquisition Corp; a CEO at Hu Kitchen; a Chief Commercial Officer at HumanCO; and a Board of Director at Swoon.
Sean graduated from the Manhattan branch of Berkeley College with a BBA in Management.
