Scott has curated a 30 year career in CPG. With broad experience ranging across all sales channels, Scott has led large and small company initiates in both private and public companies in executive sales leadership, category management, sales operations, demand planning, trade-marketing, & even crisis-management. Scott has also had managerial experience on the retailer, cooperative side of the business, managing all facets of merchandising development, corporate budgeting, all aspects of own-brand development, and advertising in a $3B retailer. With extensive experience in organizational development centered around high-achieving teams, Scott continues to be a student of the CPG industry, now working with a serial-entrepreneur beverage company, he helped scale. Scott lives in Southern California, has 4 grown children, a wife of 15 years and a German Shepard. Scott loves live music, enjoys travel, and his solitude at the beach.
