Rodd Willis
Rodd is the Director of Natural & Specialty at Dot Foods. He started the Natural/Specialty business unit within Dot in 2015, and the business has continued to develop from a startup within Dot to a $1 billion + entity within the organization. Previous experience within Dot included startups in the convenience store channel as well as a Meat/Seafood startup. These three businesses have generated billions in sales for Dot. His background includes supply chain management, category management, sales management and marketing. Rodd also spends time as a Distributor Council Member for Specialty Foods Association and a Buyers Advisory Council member for Plant Based World. He has been a featured speaker at BevNet in NYC as well as participating in industry podcasts. He holds an MBA from the University of Missouri and he resides in St. Louis, MO.
