Lisa Shanower

Lisa Shanower is an entrepreneurial executive, dedicated problem solver, strategic business development leader and brand builder. Lisa has demonstrated success at operationalizing and building companies to profitability. Most recently, Lisa served in multiple roles during her nearly 6 year tenure at publicly traded Landec Corporation / Curation Foods including VP Corporate Communications, VP (Principal) New Ventures, and Corporate Sustainability. Previously, Lisa served as Co-Founder / CEO / CFO Miyoko’s Kitchen, Inc. where she was responsible for most aspects of the business, including writing the strategic business plan, securing financing from institutional investors, marketing, branding, package design, finance, sales, and administration. Throughout her career, Lisa has supported women in business by helping entrepreneurs to solidify business strategy and realize their vision. Lisa finds inspiration working with a like-minded, hardworking, mission driven teams that believe in creating meaning products that have a positive impact. At play, Lisa is a dedicated yogini, enjoys growing orchids and food, bringing family and friends together by creating delicious and healthy meals, and outdoor adventures of all varieties.
