Elena Lécué is a purpose-driven executive with 15+ years’ experience in the wellness/better-for-you CPG industry with a proven track record of launching new brands and re-positioning heritage brands, creating long-term platforms for growth. Elena is now leading revenue growth and brand building as CMO at Dropps, the leading DTC challenger company in the household cleaning space. Prior to that, she led large-scale marketing, sales & e-commerce transformation for Gaia Herbs, the #1 herbal supplement brand in North America, as well as a variety of marketing and sales leadership roles at Danone, spanning $500M+ national brands, $100M acquired company and multiple sales channels. Elena is passionate about building business models for growth companies using the new CPG playbook at the intersection of fast-cycle innovation, digital transformation, e-commerce, and direct-to-consumer.
