Mike Arresta

Mike is the Founder and Managing Director of Impact Business Development Consulting (IBDC), a NY based Food & Drink boutique consulting firm.

Mike is a senior food industry executive with over 15 years of experience in international business development, and in developing and managing strategic partnership relationships with retail and foodservice executives to drive top-line and bottom-line growth for his clients. His previous and current roles span positions as a strategic advisor for a gourmet food startup and a meat cooperative or as a US sales representative for a Canadian food association among others. As a consultant and a mentor, Mike provides assistance in bringing natural and specialty CPGs to market. This includes work in strategic planning, sales & business development (e.g., building distribution, sales representation), and recruitment among others.

Mike holds a Master degree in Political Science from Carleton University, Ottawa.
