Katie Moloney is deeply rooted in the CPG world. In 2018, she founded her own omni-channel CPG brand, aila, growing it to its eventual acquisition in 2023.
As a founder, Katie has experience navigating the multifaceted scope of early stage businesses; from raising capital, to retail entry, to developing go-to-market, growth, retention, social and influencer strategies. Her experience has been recognized by publications like Crunchbase, Business Insider, 500 Startups, and Thrive Global.
Today, Katie operates a boutique marketing agency, specializing in brands that help make people happier and healthier, and has collaborated with a diverse set of clients like Solaray, FIGS, Universal Nutrition, and For Bitter For Worse. She also works as a fractional CMO, offering her expertise to emerging brands.
Prior to launching her own businesses, Katie worked in senior marketing and sales roles at CBS Sports, Barstool Sports, and Hypebeast.
