Dave Peters

Dave Peters is a seasoned executive with deep experience in the Consumer Products industry. Dave is currently the CEO of Elements Snacks, Inc. – a scaling better-for-you snack food company with products that help consumers satisfy their healthy cravings and feel good about it.

Prior to Element, Dave founded and scaled Farmwise LLC, a pioneering natural products company that invented healthier versions of America’s favorite foods including Veggie Fries®, Veggie Tots® and Veggie Rings® and led a successful exit to B&G Foods, Inc. in February 2020.

Earlier in his career, Dave served as an executive in a variety of Consumer Products companies including senior leadership roles at Gillette/Proctor & Gamble where he served as Vice President of North American Personal Care Marketing and as Global General Manager of the $1.3 Billion Disposables Razor business. Dave also held senior executive roles in a variety of Food and Beverage CPG firms including General Mills, Diageo, Chupa Chups S.A., Natural Foods companies (Tribe Mediterranean Foods) and start-up ventures (MooBella Ice Cream).

Dave has a history of accelerating growth and profit in a variety of consumer-facing industries including personal care, breakfast cereals, children’s beverages, alcoholic beverages, confectionery, frozen desserts, frozen foods. Dave has deep experience across all the key omni channels including the Supermarket, Drug, Mass, Specialty, Natural/Organic and Foodservice channels allowing him to provide the strategic leadership required to identify the most profitable sustaining growth opportunities.
