Adam Michaels
Adam Michaels is currently the Head of Strategy and M&A for Mondelez’s NA Ventures unit. Mondelēz empowers people to snack right in over 150 countries, leading the future of snacking with iconic brands such as Oreo, belVita & Chips Ahoy; Cadbury, Milka and Toblerone chocolate; Sour Patch Kids candy and Trident gum. Adam is currently responsible for leading & coaching Mondelez’s ~$1B portfolio of NA venture companies in the development of their strategies and commercial execution. In addition, he is accountable for leading the M&A identification, planning, development, and ultimate integration of future acquisitions. Previously, Adam led North America’s Insights & Analytics organization for Mondelez. Prior to Mondelez, Adam was a Principal in Booz & Company’s Consumer Practice, focused on Food & Beverage. Adam holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BSE in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania. Adam has lived and worked in the US, UK and France.
